Senior Data Scientist

ECS is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to work remotely.  

ECS is seeking an organized, efficient, detail-oriented Senior Data Scientist to join our team. This role will entail working closely with the client to understand needs and pain-points, and designing and implementing technical AI solutions across a range of programming languages, cloud platforms, and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities: 

1. Leverage AI expertise to advise and create solutions that are innovative, secure, accurate, and maintainable.
2. Contribute to an agile team as the lead data scientist, promoting metadata normalization & visual graph navigation of document relations. 
3. Decipher customer needs and quickly adapt the AI prompt engineering.
4. Build prototypes quickly for rapid feedback from customers.
5. Command of Vector stores for Semantic Search and other use cases.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000

• Practical experience with the lifecycle of a Vector Store for Semantic Search - Understanding nuances and pitfalls of chunking, overlapping, and embedding
• Experience with Entity Resolution
• Metadata normalization and AI enrichment experience
• Python for Data Science experience
• Graph Analytics experience
• Expert Command of Sql
• Command of git with prior experience committing to projects with multiple contributors.
