Barista \ Bartender

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Barista \ Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in preparing and serving beverages, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista and/or Bartender
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink recipes
- Familiarity with alcoholic beverage preparation and service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately
- Create and serve alcoholic beverages while complying with all legal requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Upsell menu items and promotions
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
