About the Role

As our Senior Product Manager overseeing Integrations at RISC Zero, you will drive the strategy and execution of key integrations, ensuring alignment with our goals and market demands. You will develop deep expertise in RISC Zero’s offerings and collaborate across Engineering, BD, and Marketing to build and execute a comprehensive integrations roadmap.

This role requires engaging with customers to gather critical feedback, addressing product gaps, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will lead high-priority integration projects, develop 0-1 tools for solutions engineering, and contribute to go-to-market strategies to showcase the value of RISC Zero’s network and products. Strong technical proficiency, project management, and communication skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Master RISC Zero’s Stack and Product Offerings: Develop deep expertise in RISC Zero’s core products, integrations, and their technical capabilities. Understand market demands and how RISC Zero addresses them.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Build strong, effective relationships with Engineering, BD, and Marketing teams to define and prioritize integration needs, timelines, and execution.

• Drive Integration Roadmap: Develop and manage a detailed roadmap for integrations, ensuring smooth coordination of release schedules across teams and aligning them with key business goals.

• Assess Customer Needs: Engage with customers to gather critical feedback on integration requirements. Translate these insights into actionable plans that improve RISC Zero’s offerings and enhance partner satisfaction and growth.

• Problem-Solve for Product Gaps: Identify gaps in the existing integration framework and develop solutions that enhance product performance and overall user experience.

• Leverage Data and Analytics: Define and track KPIs for integrations, using data to assess success, identify areas for improvement, and create data-driven strategies based on customer feedback.

• Lead Integration Projects: Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and launch of new integrations, ensuring all teams remain informed, aligned, and supportive throughout the process.

• Develop Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with BD and Product Marketing to create and execute go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate RISC Zero’s integration features and value propositions to prospects and customers.

Top Initiatives You’ll Own  (over the first 3-6 months)

• Partner with BD and engineering to prioritize and deliver on partnership and infrastructure integration opportunities that maximize demand for our prover network, Boundless.

• Strategize with our leadership team to ensure top-tier support for the highest priority partners.

• Lead the development and production of 0-1 tools and services that the solutions engineering organization incepts and builds.

Minimum Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience: Demonstrated success as a Product Manager or similar, with 5+ years specializing in product integrations. Experience in high-growth Web3 startups is essential, along with a background in management consulting.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to understand and apply technical concepts related to our protocol and the broader blockchain space, tools, and platforms to solve problems and drive project success.

• Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and collaborate with teams and stakeholders across diverse disciplines.
