Location: West Region (Ogden, Denver, Salt Lake City) - REGIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED
# of Positions: 2 (Primary & Alternate)
Overview
Perform semiannual PM, emergency response within 2 hours, repairs, and field commissioning for BAS equipment and DDC controllers.
Responsibilities
· Execute semiannual PM on BAS hardware/software; calibrate sensors.· Respond to emergencies in ≤2 hours; continuous work until resolved.· Install/replace DDC controllers; wire terminations; point testing.· Apply firmware updates within manufacturer timelines; document changes.· Submit QA forms and site trip reports within required windows.
Qualifications
· Factory certifications: MEIDS/Genesis 64; Delta Controls; Automated Logic (as applicable).· 5+ years field controls experience in mission-critical facilities.· Ability to travel locally; valid passport/visa for OCONUS roles.· Active SECRET clearance. Minimum Certifications
