Position Summary:
The North America Intraoral Product Manager is responsible for product launches and execution throughout the product lifecycle of the DEXIS intraoral scanner (IOS) and Intraoral imaging product portfolio. Responsibilities include assisting with business plans, gathering voice of customer, defining and prioritizing product and customer requirements, managing regional market segmentation, branding and growth. The Intraoral Product Manager drives cross functional teams in timely execution and North America launch of projects to ensure the targeted success of the products to support company’s overall strategy and goals. The Intraoral Product Manager has strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. The Intraoral Product Manager must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product launches in North America. Develop and drive launch metrics and targets. Responsible for leading pilot launch activities and evaluating commercial launch readiness.
- Participate in developing value proposition, feature sets & product roadmaps, positioning and pricing.
- Drive the regional market intelligence for the Intraoral product portfolio including market sizing, market trends, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation etc.
- Conduct voice of the customer and experimentation to gain insights that will improve current products and influence the product development process.
- Create or assist with business case preparation for new initiatives within the product portfolio.
- Develop regional product sales strategies by working with sales & marketing.
- Develop and execute regional product training for internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining production, sales and inventory plans (PSI) that align with the companies’ financial targets.
- Responsible for managing products in the region throughout the product lifecycle from launch to product ramp down and discontinuation.
- Manage pricing updates and provide analysis for quarterly product promotions.

Job Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field (MBA Preferred) or an Associate’s Degree with commensurate experience.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience of technical products
- 3+ years of experience with segmentation, positioning, pricing, and new product development practices required
- Experience in launching products in medical device, dental equipment, or other FDA-Regulated businesses preferred

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
