We are looking for a highly motivated and talented People Systems (HRIS) Analyst to play a lead role on our rapidly expanding team. The Analyst will be instrumental in aligning people related technology with business strategy. In this role, you will implement, maintain, and integrate all people related systems to improve efficiency, enhance user experience and deliver people insight to the business. This role will have significant focus on our existing ADP platform as well as planning, implementing, and supporting a new upgrade. This position is hybrid, 3 days a week in Quincy, MA.
What You’ll Do•Evaluate business process requirements and identify opportunities to leverage technology to enhance the delivery of people services to the organization; analyze data to support decisions and drive appropriate improvements.•Perform system support and analysis, including functionality and design review, end-to-end user testing and implementation of people related system upgrades or updates. •Liaise with stakeholders within People & Culture, Finance, IT and Tech as well as 3rd party vendors; identify and understand business processes and translate them into system functionality requirements. •Provide people analytics insight, generate standardized as well as ad hoc reporting, and create dashboards for business leaders. •Ensure system integration functionality, including review of specifications and development suggestions; research and resolve integration issues, unexpected results, or process flaws; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.•Ensure the confidentiality of HR data and maintain data integrity; monitor overall data quality to identify any inconsistencies; ensure core attributes (tables, security settings, data flow) are maintained as technology evolves; perform regular system audits for validation and compliance. •Provide guidance and information to business partners on system capabilities; provide hands-on troubleshooting and training as needed.•Build strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders/partners.Who You Are:•3+ years in an HRIS or similar role with in-depth experience maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting multiple systems.•Demonstrated success with HRIS implementation in fast paced, dynamic environments.•Proficiency with ADP Enterprise preferred.
