Job Description:

Position Summary

The Scientific Liaison Senior Manager for Spark Aligners serves as a key bridge between the company’s research, clinical, and commercial teams, ensuring accurate and effective communication of scientific and clinical data to internal and external stakeholders. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinical study researchers, and healthcare professionals to support Spark product development, clinical strategies, and market adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Primary scientific and clinical resource within the company for Aligners inquiries.
- Provide scientific input to new Aligners development, clinical trials, and health economics.
- Monitor emerging scientific and clinical trends in the Aligners industry.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, KEs, and researchers.
- Present scientific and clinical data at advisory boards and industry events.
- Develop educational and training materials for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Clinical & Compliance Support

- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure compliance with orthodontics regulations.
- Support the preparation of clinical trial protocols, regulatory filings, and post-market surveillance activities.
- Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in scientific communications.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on scientific messaging.
- Provide scientific support for market access and reimbursement strategies.
- Assist in the development of white papers and peer-reviewed publications.

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED:

- BS Degree, or equivalent in life sciences, dental hygiene, or a related field.
- 5+ years in Orthodontics, dental, or biotech industries, with emphasis on scientific communication and clinical development.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Strong understanding of Orthodontic industry.

- Advanced degree preferred
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate complex scientific data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Experience in clinical trial design, evidence generation, or health economics is a plus.

Work Environment & Travel

- Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid if within travel distance to corporate location or remote work.
- Travel: up to 40% for main conferences, site visits, and stakeholder meetings.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
