<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of <strong>Senior Vice President, Senior CLO Compliance Modelling and Analytics Manager (Senior Vice President, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis Manager)</strong> to join our Corporate Trust Analytics team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland - HYBRID.</p>
<p><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Streamline CLO Compliance Modeling, Waterfall modeling, ESMA reporting and QC processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, reducing the risk of errors.</li>
<li>Ensure the team remains agile and responsive to evolving directives, while upholding high standards, ensuring compliance, and minimizing disruptions.</li>
<li>Lead initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals, thereby contributing to overall success.</li>
<li>Oversee the management of maintenance queues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.</li>
<li>Review legal documents, providing comments, recommendations, and final approval for inclusion in the modeling pipeline.</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the integrity of financial models and reports.</li>
<li>Recruit, direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.</li>
<li>7+ years of work experience within corporate trust or other securities industry.</li>
<li>5+ years of management experience.</li>
<li>Proficient in risk management and compliance procedures.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in analytical decision making and strategic thinking.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at varying levels.</li>
<li>Experience coding payment rules using programming languages such as Python.</li>
<li>Ability to build Investor Reports that include distributions to holders and high-level asset level information.</li>
