THE JOB:

As a Pool Guest Attendant, you will set the stage for an excellent guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. 

THE STARTING PAY: $13.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Welcome guests to the pool.

• Complete opening/closing duties, assist with desk and towel duties, as well as setting up cabanas, maintain the appearance of the pool deck throughout the shift.

• Quickly and efficiently provide CPR or first aid if needed and follow emergency protocols.

• Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.

 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 16 years old or older.

• Positive attitude and high energy.

• Takes pride in their work.

• Describes themselves as detail-oriented.

• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences.

• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression.

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time.
