Patient Success Manager - Certified Medical Assistant

We are looking for a reliable CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) to join our growing back office team.

Position is remote, however applicants must reside in the state of Georgia, South Carolina, or North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Record a patient’s medical history accurately
• Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions
• Prepare charts for MD/NP; including data entry of medical history, performing chart audits, reconciling charts per record
• Assist in additional teams if needed including scheduling and admissions

Skills

• Proven experience as LPN/CMA or similar role
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
• Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
• Good knowledge of G-Suite and data entry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle stress
• Successful completion of LPN/CMA program
• Reviewing labs
• Reviewing orders
• Able to provide own equipment such as a computer
