Competitive pay: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, with specialty services paying up to $20 per hour

Caregiver Responsibilities
As a caregiver with CareOne Senior Care, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities may include:
Providing companionship, emotional support, and engaging conversation
Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Supporting clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s care
Aiding with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and incontinence care
Performing safe transfers using gait belts and Hoyer lifts (training available)
Providing transportation for errands, medical appointments, and shopping trips
Ensuring clients’ safety, well-being, and comfort at all times
Job Requirements
To ensure the safety and well-being of both our clients and staff, all caregivers must meet the following requirements:
Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Caregivers must read and follow care plans accurately.
Physical Requirements – Must be able to bend, kneel, and walk throughout a shift. Caregivers must also be able to lift up to 25 lbs. safely as part of assisting clients.
Minimum Age – Candidates must be at least 18 years old due to the nature of job duties.
Valid Identification – Must have a Driver’s License or State ID for employment verification.
Cell Phone Access – Caregivers must have access to a cell phone for scheduling and communication purposes.
Background Check – Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Reliable Transportation – Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
Health Requirements – Must have a current TB test (can be completed after the interview).
