Over the past five-plus years, Nova Credit has processed millions of income verifications for thousands of property management companies — and this role owns the product strategy at the center of that business, spanning across all four of our products today: Income Navigator, Eligibility Compass, Credit Passport, and Cash Atlas.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to own a vertical end-to-end: setting product strategy, building the roadmap, and shipping products that help housing providers verify applicants faster and more accurately while meeting challenging regulatory requirements. You’ll partner deeply with property management and screening platforms (e.g., Yardi, Appfolio, SafeRent), and work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Go-To-Market. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, B2B2C environment, engages directly with market-rate property managers and affordable-housing operators, and translates their needs into impactful product requirements.<br><br><strong><span style="color: rgb(186, 55, 42);"><em>This is a hybrid full-time role (3 days per week in office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) based in the New York Metropolitan area, reporting to the Head of Product.
