Let’s start with the role
We are looking for a hands-on HR professional to support our daily operations and actively participate in HR projects aiming at greater operational efficiency and support of our Company’s aggressive international expansion strategy.

The teamEmployee Services (ES) Team is part of the Total Rewards and People Operations Team, responsible for top-notch support and operational advice to Internal stakeholders both in Greece and Internationally.
We handle HRIS systems maintenance and are responsible for the production of the documents accompanying the full employee life cycle. Process design & policy optimization are part of our day to day and we are proud subject matter experts on company policies, benefits set up and administration, leaves management, as well as the local labor standards in the markets under our scope. We actively support the set-up of at least 3 new International markets each year while striving for optimum employee experience and compliance with local labor law and Company standards.
As an HR Specialist you will:
The role has the below responsibilities for Greece as well as existing and future Headquarters-supported international Markets:
- Administer employee benefits programs in accordance with the company offering per location and collaborate with International HR benefit administrators as well as benefits providers for resolving employee inquiries;
- Support newcomer’s operational onboarding and manage HR processes, documentation and records related to the full employee lifecycle, in line with Payroll, company & local authority requirements;
- Ensure proper, timely and accurate update of HR Information Systems for the full employee lifecycle, benefits administration and time off management;
- Build strong internal relationships and act as the go-to person for all employee HR Operations queries, advising on policies and processes;
- Generate ad hoc reports to support informed decision-making.
What you'll bring
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR Operations, ideally in a multinational fast-paced environment;
- Degree in Human Resources, Law or Business Administration;
- A proven track record of benefits administration as well as onboarding – offboarding and employee life cycle process and documentation management;
- Basic principles of labor law for other European, North / South American countries will be considered an asset;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets and various HRIS;
- Excellent written and oral English language skills.
