Webinar Coordinator (Independent Contractor)

Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, is seeking a Webinar Coordinator to join its Wolfram U department. Wolfram U offers hundreds of webinars, Daily Study Groups and online courses each year that provide interactive training experiences in computational areas to customers worldwide and that promote Wolfram tech.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating scheduling logistics for webinars and online courses 
• Sending customer notification emails
• Monitoring online sessions
• Managing webinar certificate requests
• Reviewing and managing webinar templates and settings

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with online meeting and webinar platforms
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Fluent in English
