Systems Administrator, Microsoft M365 (Contract)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Administrator, with a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and solutions.
• Skilled in the administration and support of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Teams, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office 365, Power Platform, PowerShell, and Azure platforms.
• Have worked with or had exposure to a variety of Automation platforms for example Ansible, Claude, Power Automate, etc.
• Experience working with ServiceNow as a ticketing system.
• In-depth understanding of network protocols and services like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and their application within Microsoft infrastructures.
• Adept at creating and deploying substantial security frameworks for environments based on Microsoft technologies.
• Possesses excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities, capable of identifying and fixing intricate technical problems.
• Outstanding communication and social skills, ensuring strong connections with both customers and providing timely updates to senior leadership.
• Skilled in managing and contributing to multiple critical projects that garner the interest of senior leadership.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $43-$50 per hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
