The Senior Customer Marketing Program Manager is responsible for building and executing impactful brand experiences and events for target customers in the Hugo™ robotic-assisted surgery system pipeline. This role spans the full experience journey, from developing customer insights to designing and delivering end-to-end hands-on demonstrations.
In this role you will:
Align and coordinate cross-functional execution of field-based events, serving as program management and process lead for a fleet of three Medtronic Mobile Labs (MMLs) and Customer Experience Programs (CEPs) for Hugo™ across the United States.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the US Capital Sales team to intake requests and strategize solutions that enable hands-on experiences with Hugo™.
Orchestrate and integrate all elements of high-impact customer events, including promotional content, hands-on demonstrations, dinners/workshops & follow-up campaigns.
Lead the organization and coordination of the Hugo™ booth presence at US congresses and tradeshows, including demo systems, booth graphics, and staffing plans.
Collect and synthesize ongoing customer insights and feedback to assess event effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve overall customer experience.
Ensure MMLs and other customer engagement centers are properly stocked with required instruments, supplies, and accessories to support exceptional experiences.
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the US salesforce, US and global marketing teams, customer success, field service, physician relations, medical affairs, and other cross-functional partners.
Travel approximately 50% (primarily domestic)
Must Have: Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, customer marketing, event marketing, program management or related roles, or 5+ years with an advanced degree
Proven experience planning and executing complex customer events, tradeshows, roadshows, or experiential marketing programs.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Significant experience in marketing, customer marketing, event marketing or marketing program management
Demonstrated ability to partner with sales organizations to design and deliver customer-facing programs that drive pipeline and engagement.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, timelines, and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling customer experiences.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (primarily domestic), including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare, capital equipment, or robotic-assisted surgery.
Experience managing mobile labs, demo fleets, or other customer experience centers.
Background working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Customer Success, Field Service).
Familiarity with congress/tradeshow planning, including booth strategy, demo system coordination, and onsite logistics.
Experience using customer insights and data to optimize event design & campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to influence without direct authority.
