OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD

The primary purpose of the Operations Supervisor is to supervise and control the receipt and distribution of all shipments. The Operations Supervisor is also responsible for the coordination and supervision of the biological drivers.

Job Purpose:

• Assist with the supervision of the department, monitoring the progress of daily operations.
• Keep records of all goods’ shipments and receipts safely stored.
• Supervise and ensure the shipping information is entered into Excel report / and SAP system correctly.
• Track delivery progress of shipments. Monitor Processes, Materials - Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
• Maintain customers updated and informed of shipment’s progress.
• Receive, review, and follow up on customer complaints regarding collection programs.
• Process Information and verify information or data accuracy.
• Analyze Data, Identifying Objects, Actions, and Events — Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down data into separate parts. Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
• Performing Administrative Activities such as day-to-day administrative tasks including the maintenance of information’s files and processing costs in SAP system.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Fast typing skills: Knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.
• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have previous customer service experience.
• High school degree or equivalent requires. Associates preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer management skills.
• Must possess effective leadership skills.
