Certified Debt Specialist (Weekends Required)

As a Sales Representative, you will consult with prospective customers about debt relief options to help pay off their consumer debt and get them started on the path toward financial freedom. You will foster trust by educating them on our program using a consultative approach. This position has an expected start date of 04/28/2023. This is a full-time remote role (40hrs/week) that requires weekend availability.

In this role you will:

• Assess a customer’s financial situation and guide them toward the option that best resolves their challenges
• Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting
• Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to resolve their debt
• Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
• Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards

• Financial Services experience is a plus
• Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills

• A typical day consists of making and answering inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume setting
• There is no cold calling at Beyond Finance. All prospective customers have requested debt consolidation solutions.
• Base Pay with uncapped monthly commission.

Additional Information

FT Remote Role: This position is a full-time (40 hours/week) work-from-home role and requires employees to have high-speed internet. Candidates MUST live and work in the United States.

Start Date: Friday, Apr 28, 2023

Training Schedule: Candidates must attend a 4-week (paid) virtual new hire training starting April 28, 2023. The training schedule is as follows: 

• Friday, April 28 - Tuesday, May 2 (9 AM - 6 PM CST)
• Friday, May 5 - Friday, May 9 (9 AM - 6 PM CST)
• Friday, May 12 - Friday, May 16 (9 AM - 6 PM CST)
• Friday, May 9 - Friday, May 23 (9 AM - 6 PM CST)

Upon successful completion of training, you will be assigned one of the shifts listed below.

Shift(s): 

• Friday - Tuesday (10 AM - 7 PM CST)
• Saturday & Sunday (10 AM - 7 PM CST) and Friday, Monday, Tuesday (11 AM - 8 PM CST)

The base salary range represents the anticipated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered within the range will depend on numerous factors including the individual’s skills, experience, performance, and the location where work is performed. In addition to base salary, this position qualifies for commission.  Sales Agents earn a monthly commission based on the amount of debt enrolled subject to the terms outlined in the company's commission plan.  Full-time employees hired into this position are eligible for health care benefits shown on our company careers page.Base Salary Range$17.50—$17.50 USD
