Position Description & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY:Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced IT Imaging Services Optimization Manager to enhance the efficiency, performance, and scalability of our IT systems and processes. This remote role focuses on identifying optimization opportunities, leading cross-functional initiatives, and implementing best practices to improve IT operations, reduce costs, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will manage a team responsible for IT imaging solutions and ensure seamless collaboration between IT and other service teams.
Candidates must be located in the NorthWest FL area - Tallahassee & Surrounding areas highly preferred. Must be on CST or EST time zone.

• Lead and mentor the IT Optimization Team to improve system performance, scalability, and efficiency. 
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline IT operations. 
• Oversee ServiceNow problem ticket management and ensure timely resolutions. 
• Implement performance monitoring tools to track and enhance system performance. 
• Manage optimization projects, aligning them with business goals and cost-reduction strategies. 
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and industry standards. 
• Oversee IT imaging system configuration, troubleshooting, and support for PACS, VNAs, worklis
