About Organization

IP & Transport Eng. & Ops Division Division is mainly responsible for the construction, expansion, and improvement of the backhaul network that supports Rakuten Mobile's services.
Backhaul construction work includes IP layer configuration of network equipment, WDM network construction of transmission equipment, wiring and construction of data centers and other location, and related coordination with vendors.

Job duties

You will be responsible for managing, designing, and constructing NTT dark fiber and GC (Ground Cable) works related to Enterprise network services and MBH (Mobile Backhaul).

This includes tasks such as building the backhaul network for Rakuten Mobile, applying for NTT dark fiber for corporate fixed network services, and managing the progress of projects.

Minimum Qualification

・Skilled in NTT's dark fiber-related applications and operations.
・Skilled in application and construction work related to NTT GC
・Has knowledge of fiber optic types, SFP types, and WDM

Preferred Qualification

・Experience and knowledge of working with Rakuten Mobile MBH.
・Able to negotiate prices and technical discussions with NTT, PNJ and other telecommunications carriers.
・Experience in planning and executing extensive NTT related construction projects.
