System Support Manager - Infrastructure

Finally, providing independent consultancy activities, aimed at adding value and enabling business activities to achieve the expected results.</p><p>Quality, efficiency and adaptability are our priorities. We are looking for motivated people with a great capacity for innovation and the ability to adapt to change.</p><p></p><p><b>Activity:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Contribute to the management and governance of Operations on the CT&amp;I and C&amp;I infrastructure area, including on-call availability for orchestrating team engagements.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Manage Broadcom\VMware virtualization infrastructures, ensuring their availability, updating, and alignment with business processes. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Support project implementations, particularly about technology refresh, optimization of licensing costs and performance improvement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to the implementation of projects in the Broadcom\VMware environment, their design and implementation and supervision</span></p></li><li><p><span>Governance of and on Audit and Compliance requirements. (SOX, GDPR, and corporate compliance requirements).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Propose effective solutions for incident management. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure adequate monitoring and reporting of management activities. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor management KPIs for the team, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactively contribute to technical and management activities to achieve the set objectives. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify opportunities for quality improvement through internal training and that of its partners.</span></p></li><li><p>Coordination, assignment, monitoring of offshore activities/ticket teams (CIEC)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>At least 8 years' experience in the administration and management of Broadcom\VMware infrastructure in complex industrial contexts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>At least 8 years' experience in administering and managing Microsoft infrastructure in complex industrial environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent troubleshooting and Problem-Solving skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent organizational skills, teamwork and predisposition to resource management and stakeholder relations. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to manage escalating incidents (L1-L2-L3) </span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in coordinating with suppliers, partners and system integrators. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of English, written and spoken. </span><span>(B2)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of the ITIL process.</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span>Nice to have: </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Industry-standard certifications (Broadcom\Microsoft)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Citrix infrastructure knowledge</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hyper-v Infrastructure Knowledge</span></p></li><li><p><span>ITIL Certification</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of IaaS\PaaS solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Disaster recovery process management</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of general compliance requirements in the field of Security, GDPR, SOX</span></p></li></ul>
