Wage Range: $35 – $42/hour

What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial/industrial PV systems (racking, modules, inverters, BOS)
• Interpret one-lines, electrical drawings, and construction plans
• Perform work in compliance with NEC standards, including grounding, bonding, labeling, and torque specifications
• Work safely on rooftops, ladders, lifts, and with fall protection systems
• Support large-scale solar and electrical projects with precision and quality workmanship
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure project success

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Hands-on experience with commercial/industrial PV systems
• Strong knowledge of NEC, grounding/bonding, labeling, and torque specs
• Comfortable with rooftop work, heights, ladders, and fall protection systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical one-lines and construction plans
• Pass background check and comply with secure-site protocols (daily pass required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• OSHA-10/30 certification
• Experience working on VA/healthcare campuses or other secure sites
• Commissioning/troubleshooting experience (inverters, strings, combiner boxes)
