Are you an innovative thinker who enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology? Do you thrive in bridging the gap between business strategy and IT execution? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join Kyndryl as a Senior Associate, Business Architecture.
In this role, you will work with leading global clients to help shape and deliver their business objectives through strategic technology solutions. You will be responsible for aligning business needs with IT strategy, leveraging architectural frameworks and models to design agile, scalable, and sustainable enterprise solutions.
You will take a business-first approach, focusing on the structural and behavioural aspects of organisations. This includes analysing business value, stakeholders, processes, culture, and operating models to design solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Analysing business structures, processes, and operating models to inform solution design
Bridging gaps between business and IT teams by translating business objectives into actionable architecture
Assessing dependencies, risks, stakeholder impact, and overlaps across initiatives
Supporting strategy development by influencing prioritisation of transformation initiatives
Mobilising Kyndryl and third-party experts to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions
Providing conceptual leadership across engagements to ensure alignment with client business intent
Contributing to documentation of enterprise business architecture based on sound principles and standards
You will also act as a trusted contributor to client engagements, leveraging your understanding of business architecture and emerging technologies to support solution development and delivery.

Required Skills and Experience
3–5+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or related roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business value, processes, and organisational structures
Experience supporting the design or implementation of enterprise IT or business solutions
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience working in large, complex organisational environments
Understanding of business architecture methodologies and operating model design

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $70,800 to $134,640 based on a full-time schedule.
