SENIOR SYSTEM ENGINEER (f/m/d)

<h3>Your Role</h3> <span>As a <strong>Senior Systems Engineer (f/m/d),</strong> you are directly responsible for the current and future trading infrastructure. You design and implement low latency, highly resilient infrastructure, considering the full infrastructure stack and in-line with development and the trading platform requirements. You report directly into the Head of Trading Infrastructure.</span> <h3>Your Responsibilities</h3> <ul><li>Lead the architecture, deployment, and management of infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, and storage.</li><li>Design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-premise solutions to ensure scalability and availability.</li><li>Participation in on-call and out of hours change management (compensated)</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve existing infrastructure to optimize performance, security, and resilience.</li><li>Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and reliability.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.</li><li>Develop and document best practices, standards, and procedures for systems engineering and infrastructure management.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recommending and implementing new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.</li></ul> <h3>Your Profile</h3> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other equivalent training.</li><li>7+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on infrastructure (cloud and on-premise).</li><li>Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.</li><li>Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and security principles.</li><li>Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Saltstack, Terraform, PowerShell, Python).</li><li>Proven experience in designing and maintaining highly available, scalable infrastructure.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and collaborating with oth</li></ul> <h3>Our Offer</h3> <ul><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values teamwork and encourages innovation.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development.</li><li>A chance to work on cutting-edge projects that make a real impact.</li><li>Competitive salary package and individual performance-based bonuses.</li><li>An exceptional team of experts collaborating to uphold and enhance the core infrastructure of one of the world’s largest FX trading platforms</li><li>Diverse and distributed workforce</li><li>360T Academy</li></ul><span>We offer an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to participate in the growth of a successful technology company in the financial sector.
