We are looking for a Senior Change Portfolio Consultant based in Munich.

 

Your Team:

You will join the Global Portfolio Office within the CEO Board Unit, a dynamic, collaborative, and globally connected team responsible for ensuring transparency, governance, and delivery excellence across the Allianz Commercial Change Portfolio.

The Impact You Will Have:

As Senior Change Portfolio Consultant, you will play a critical role in orchestrating nonIT change activities, enabling effective capacity, financial, and benefits reporting, and supporting Lean Portfolio Management governance across the global portfolio. You will contribute to the transparency, prioritization, and steering of initiatives that support Allianz Commercial’s strategic transformation.

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

  • Facilitate and orchestrate the registration and reporting of AGCS/Allianz Commercial nonIT change activities and initiatives, ensuring data quality for reporting to governance bodies.
  • Support Lean Portfolio Management governance, contributing to Portfolio Board preparations, Product Portfolio Roadmaps, and SAFealigned planning and synchronization ceremonies.
  • Contribute to the financial reporting process across IT and Business initiatives by coordinating monthly reporting, reviewing forecasts, and supporting quarterly updates for the Portfolio Board and Allianz SE.
  • Support strategic prioritization through accurate tracking of plans, approvals, actuals, and burn rates in partnership with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders.
  • Run the Benefits Management and KPI reporting processes, consolidating inputs from Business Owners, Benefits Owners, IT Products, and agile teams.
  • Prepare quarterly Benefits and KPI status reports for the Portfolio Board and Allianz SE.
  • Facilitate and run Capacity Management reporting for Business Experts and provide quarterly summaries for management and governance bodies.
  • Ensure alignment of reporting frameworks, templates, and processes across Central Functions, supporting continuous improvement of portfolio insights.

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerBI and productivity tools, with 3–5 years’ experience working in similar roles.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of both Business and IT requirements; financial business case knowhow; experience with Agile / SAFe preferred.
  • Proven analytical and interpersonal skills; experience in the insurance industry is beneficial.
  • Strong controlling and mathematical capabilities to evaluate financials and understand KPIs; experience working in crosscultural and international environments (3–5 years).
  • Experience preparing executivelevel presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across levels and functions.
  • You should be able to integrate AI-driven insights into your work to optimize outcomes and support broader organizational goals.
