About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Analyst to be part of the CoreMod Program PMO team.
Develop and manage high-quality reports for senior leadership, providing clear insights into project progress, risks, and metrics.
Create and coordinate internal communications to keep project members and stakeholders informed on program milestones, news, and relevant changes utilising your strong presentation (PowerPoint) and written communication skills.
Work closely with program streams, gathering inputs and supporting communications that align with RBA organisational goals.
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and tools, improving clarity, efficiency, and impact for stakeholders.
About you
Strong PMO all-rounder expertise in large programs
Proven experience in producing effective project communication and reporting to drive informed decision-making and executive alignment.
Ability to analyse program data and create visualisations to present complex information in a digestible, executive-friendly format.
Able to identify stakeholders, develop appropriate plans and complete activities to influence senior management, program, and project managers to deliver the program with maximum success.
