Repack Lead

Summary:

In the position of Repack Lead you will work on the production line while assisting the Supervisor with training new temporary workers and ensuring smooth production operations. Your responsibilities include printing labels, completing daily Quality Control (QC) checklists, and preparing placards for completed pallets. Verify batch numbers are accurate on each case to maintain quality and compliance standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure production goals and requirements are met on the production line. Requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support both production efficiency and team development in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Train new temporary employees on proper production line procedures and standards.
• Monitor and track batch numbers for accuracy and compliance.
• Create and attach placards for each completed pallet.
• Complete and maintain daily quality control (QC) checklists.
•  Assist with the setup and preparation of products for daily production runs.
• Generate and apply UPC labels to products as needed.
• Identify and report any product damages or defects daily.
• Follow and enforce all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Follow and Implement all safety procedures

Position Requirements:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Supply Chain Management or related field of study.
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in warehouse environment.
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft office.
• Preferred Certifications: Forklift preferred.
  
  

Base Salary Range: $23.00- $25.00 per hour
