Position Summary:
Under minimal supervision, drives the full lifecycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent within the electrical construction industry. Collaborates closely with leadership and key stakeholders to develop proactive talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.
What You Will Do
- Identify and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing expert guidance on market trends, interview skills, and best hiring practices.
- Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to drive talent acquisition projects, including employer branding, diversity hiring initiatives, and process improvements.
- Manage external partnerships with job platforms, and professional networks.
- Plan and coordinate PRIME’s college recruitment program, acting as the liaison between schools and internal stakeholders. Create and maintain relationships with college faculty and staff.
- Identify opportunities for optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance recruitment efficiency and reporting.
- Develop and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for PRIME.
- Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices.
- Maintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as needed.
- Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
What You Will Need to be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 7+ years of progressive experience with full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing and assessing candidates, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Hands on experience with Lever preferred.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Smartsheet and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and make strategic hiring decisions.
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple business units and geographical locations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
