The primary purpose of the Race and Ethnicity Implementation Strategist position is improve processes, systems, guidelines, and resources to ensure the collection of race and ethnicity data in alignment with ORS 413.161 thru ORS 413.164, and associated OARs (Chapter 950, Division 30).
