Sr Customer Outbound Sales Associate

We are looking for outstanding individuals to provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve assisting in the management of major business accounts by proactively contacting customers through outbound phone calls.

The main duties include order management and sales support.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
• Must be able to accommodate changing work schedules, which will include weekends and late hours during the Holiday.
• A proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information is essential.
• Must be self-motivated detail oriented with the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
• Strong customer service skills
• Outbound calls (i.e. external customers, internal callers, transfers, questions, etc.)
• Customer Contact Tool
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Must be a team player
• Other customer service duties may be assigned

PHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORK EFFORT

• Constant mental and/or visual attention; the flow of work requires focused, detailed attention in an office environment.
• The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of the job.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods during work shifts.

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience: 

• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years’ experience with Customer Service and MS Office.
• Prior Corporate Sales, HD Call Center, or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Must be able to handle a high volume of calls
• Demonstrated customer service aptitude, as well as the maturity and self-confidence to work well under pressure.
• Must be organized, able to work independently and as a team player, have a positive attitude, and good listening skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
