We are looking for a 

Client Onboarding Project Manager - (m/f/d) 

(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden-Baden or Verl – flexible working conditions available. 

  

Key responsibilities and main tasks 

• Maintenance, Adaptation and Accountability of client onboarding process for clients at Riverty  
• Coordination of internal stakeholders (Sales, Risk Governance, Operational Finance,  Technical Implementation, Key Account Management, Product and others) throughout the onboarding of new merchants and partners while providing merchants with a clear communication and transparency throughout the process
• E2E accountability for larger merchant/client onboardings, leveraging existing processes  
• Monitors the progress of onboarding tasks, provides regular updates, and drives transparency of the onboarding process within the organization  
   

   

Skills and qualifications 

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable education 

• You have 1+ year relevant work experience in positions such as process manager, project manager, or project coordinator, but we value diverse experiences 

• It would be beneficial if you already have great understanding of the Payment product Buy Now Pay Later  

• Skilled communicator with experience in networking with various stakeholders at different levels within a cross-functional organization 

• A good understanding of our business is considered an advantage

• Experience in systems like Atlassian and Microsoft 365 products

• A proactive individual with a strong drive to complete assignments and a positive "can-do" attitude, focused on merchant needs

• You are fluent in English and German, Dutch is beneficial

  

The team! 

We are establishing our Center of Excellence Operations, including the Client Onboarding team. Here, we provide state-of-the-art onboarding for Riverty's products. You will collaborate with onboarding, technical implementation, and project managers to streamline and automate processes. Our international team includes colleagues from the Nordics, Germany, and the Netherlands, with a mix of senior and junior professionals.
