Specialist Customer Relations- Nordics (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities

• Order processing via phone, email, or EDI package
• Planning in deliveries and following up on logistics issues
• Supporting accounts payable and finance department
• Main contact for customers, key accounts, and distribution partners
• Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
• Handle customer complaints
• Assist in testing new transaction & processes in SAP

 
Your profile of qualification:

• Good to great MS office knowledge, SAP/ERP knowledge would be a plus
• Very good English language skills with very strong command on Norwegian or swedish 
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant work experience as office administrator
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
