2024 US Undergraduate Internship - Assistant Project Manager, Product Operations, Los Angeles

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform day-to-day administrative support services such as: communications (written, digitally, telephone, etc.), meeting schedules and facilitation, calendar, shipping, expense reports and other administrative services
• Assist with the shipping, receiving and coordination of samples for Product Development teams
• Establish and perform practices that accurately maintain records and efficiently process information
• Supports Product Creation teams to design, develop & implement operations process, policy, and procedural improvements
• Assists in development and maintenance of project communication plans and presentations

 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Excellent computer skills. Must display proficiency or ability to learn quickly with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint.
• Strong team player with the ability to problem solve, manage changing priorities and work with diverse groups of people in a productive manner
• Adobe Illustrator knowledge preferred

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College/University
• Anticipated graduation date is between December 2024 and August 2025
• Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
• Available to participate in our full-time internship program from end of May/June to August 2024

  • Interns accrue prorated flexible time off in the amount of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked and any paid holidays during the internship. 
  • The base pay for this position is $29/hour. 
  • We officially returned to the office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote.  The working location of this position is Los Angeles, CA.
  • Though our teammates hail from all corners of the world, our working language is English.
