Management Training Program (On-Site)

We are currently recruiting for future leaders to join our Management Training Program beginning in June 2024. This role is a full-time associate position within a one-year rotational program, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent for Broadridge.

As a Management Trainee, you will gain business and leadership experience through a series of job rotations within Investor Communication Solutions and Global Sales & Marketing teams.

Positions are currently available within the below areas:

• Client Services
• Digital Center of Excellence
• Finance
• Sales
• Production Operations

Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a BA/BS by June 2024 or earlier
• Business, Management or related degrees preferred but not require
• GPA of at least a 3.0
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Thrives in a rapidly changing and diverse environment
• Interest and a real passion for learning about the FinTech industry

Additional Information:

Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
