<p><strong>About the Role: </strong></p>
<p>FareHarbor works with over 20,000 tour, activity, and attraction providers who depend on us to run their businesses effectively. Our ability to do that is driven by a number of factors; one of the most critical being our work with payment service providers. </p>
<p>As the Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for making sure that our payment partners are monitored and managed on a day to day basis. You'll contribute towards research that will be used to create reporting dashboards as well as forward looking plans. You will support our Leadership Team to create annual plans to ensure best in class performance & reporting from payment vendors. You are commercially savvy and contribute to deal negotiations and provide analysis on cost drivers.</p>
<p>The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the payments industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do here:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute a payments partnerships strategy, determining and evaluating the best payments partners to serve client needs in various markets.</li>
<li>Develop and manage relationships with key partners (contract management, promotion and education), leveraging those relationships to bring in new opportunities for FareHarbor, negotiate beneficial terms, and ensure our strategy is enabled and powered by payments.</li>
<li>Collaborate with a cross-functional Payments task force, including product, engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth integration and processing of payments.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.</li>
<li>Drive initiatives to improve payment processing efficiency and reduce transaction costs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for payment processing.</li>
<li>Provide regular reporting and analysis to the Leadership Team.</li>
<li>Manage a team of Software partnership specialists that enable and implement partnerships and integrations</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 6 years of experience in payments and/or partnerships roles; at least 3 years experience specifically in payments. </li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years prior management experience.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of the payments industry.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.</li>
