Job Description:
Assumes responsibility to assist team in providing quality patient care. Reassess, plans, implements and evaluates patient care from admission to discharge. Is responsible to assist with directing, assigning, and supervising ancillary staff team members in providing the appropriate level of care in the most efficient manner. Acts as a role model to staff members. Is able to effectively manage team work concept. Remains flexible in response to changes.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology
- Master of Science Degree preferred
- Previous experience in a health & disease management and/or adult fitness program.
Certification/License:
- BLS required
- ALS preferred
- ACSM Exercise Specialist preferred
