Job Description
Program Management for client facing organization. You’ll be responsible for managing Business Office functions including Business Administration, Continuous Improvement efforts including but not limited to Project Management Office, 6-step Problem Solving, and Industry Event coordination.
As a valued leader on the team, you will play a role in developing the strategic plan that provides overall direction and strategic latitude, as well as the planning, directing, or coordinating business unit operational activities with the support of your team and management.

The Non-Technical Program Manager - Senior Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Identify strategic needs of the business through understanding unit operations and broader enterprise/industry context.
- Keep track of coordination of stakeholders and team members to deliver strategic business initiatives.
- Encourage team members to streamline efficiencies and drive productivity.
- Plan and manage Industry Events
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- At least 6 years of relevant program management and leadership experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching and developing high performing teams
- Experience and deep understanding of Lean Management principles, tools and methodologies
- Strong leadership experience including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
- Excellent project management and problem solving skills
- A focus on Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
- Business Insight experience including advising, customer and market insights
- Experience presenting information and/or ideas to an executive audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- Experience with Stakeholder Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
- In depth experience in influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
- Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and processes
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
- Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
- Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
- Risk Assessment and Management experience including gap identification and remediating risk
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
- Lean Six Sixma Certification
- PMP Certification
- Tools
- Experience using SharePoint
- Skilled in Excel
- Experience using Salesforce CRM
- Experience using scheduling software to manage and book events
