The impact you will have in this role:

The Strategic Management & Governance family is responsible for serving as a dedicated technology resource for advancing the firm's business opportunities and providing industry thought leadership for demonstrating new technologies. Leads significant programs and projects including strategic organizational change, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, and all general business management initiatives.

The Business Systems Analysis role specializes in acting as the main interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, crafting detailed project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams.
 

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Validate functional specifications by analyzing business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams
• Lead workflow design and supply to user experience design, where applicable
• Collaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on all aspects of the project
• Validate estimates of resource needs and schedule of work with related team members
• Provide mentorship to team members by elaborating the vital details required through all phases of projects
• Review input provided to developers and Test Engineers ensuring System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts accurately reflect business and functional requirements
• Participate in reviews of SIT results and defect reviews; support user acceptance testing as needed
• Review system documentation to ensure compliance with company-specific best practices and standards
• Review recommended controls to ensure remediation of perceived risks
• Validate justification and ROI related to solutions designed to automate manual processes
• Mitigates risk by following established procedures and supervising controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• Expertise in Enterprise Portal Design: Deep understanding of enterprise portal design, architecture, and integration of web applications across multiple businesses.
• User Experience Design: Proficient in designing intuitive and effective user interfaces tailored to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Effective Stakeholder Engagement: Good communication skills to optimally work with both business units and technical teams to ensure portal strategic business objectives are met.
• Scalability and Performance Optimization: Adept at leading initiatives to enhance the scalability and performance, to support integrating more business web applications.
• Security and Compliance Foresight: Good understanding of the security measures, protocols, and compliance standards critical for safeguarding enterprise portals.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using API management, middleware, and web services for application integration.
• Data Integration Skills: Experience in managing and presenting data across various systems into a cohesive enterprise framework.
