$86.75 - $138.80Advocate Health’s Legal Department is seeking a Labor & Employment (L&E) attorney to provide legal advice and representation to our non-profit healthcare system. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines, comfort interacting with senior executives, and intimate familiarity with state and federal employment laws. This position is remote.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to enterprise entities.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys, business partners, other teammates, outside counsel, and outside vendors, performing a wide variety of duties.
- Communicate effectively with Legal Department teammates, business partners, courts, and government agencies.
- Manage and delegate projects to outside counsel, with an ability to identify and articulate to outside counsel what needs to be done on matters such as EEOC charges, lawsuits, g
