Join our team as our new Business Consultant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.</p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As our new Business Consultant, you will integrate with a dynamic team in Copenhagen with connections worldwide. Your expertise will support our other strong suits in operational process ownership, change management, and business transformation. You will work alongside a diverse network, from local operational teams to global business functions, and report to our Document Management Process Owner.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Drive the evolution of document management processes, focusing on usability and user experience to meet the highest standards of user-friendliness.</li><li>Champion user engagement by proactively involving stakeholders in shaping our Document Management system, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.</li><li>Capture and refine business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of the challenges and goals to translate into effective solutions.</li><li>Conduct and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that system functionality meets user requirements and deliverables are of high quality.</li><li>Lead the ongoing development and iteration of the document management and associated IT systems, driven by user feedback.</li><li>Engage with cross-functional teams to harmonize document management with broader business practices, guaranteeing a seamless user experience.</li><li>Forge strong collaboration with local and international operations teams to ensure the successful rollout of processes and systems, fostering user-centric adoption and satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul><li>You have a degree in Engineering, IT, Information Management (Librarianship), or a related field and are captivated by the challenge of creating user-friendly systems.</li><li>Your professional journey has been marked by a dedication to involve with end-users and other stakeholders to ensure the best ways-of-working in EDMS systems.</li><li>Have experience from working in a similar role preferably within the engineering/consultancy business and/or as a consultant/support to others in this role.</li><li>Have broad experience in leading system implementations and managing change.</li><li>Practical knowledge of GDPR and information security, particularly ISO 27001, informs your approach to safe and user-respecting system design.</li><li>Proficient with IT systems integrations between a EDMS and e.g. email solutions.
