You will sit within our Customer Success organization and partner closely with our Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support teams to guide customers through complex Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), billing, and payer requirements.</p> <p class="p8i6j01 paragraph">You will lead EVV activations and certifications, support high-stakes billing and compliance initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to both operational and implementation-phase customers. Operating in a highly regulated Medicaid and EVV environment, you will translate evolving regulations and payer rules into practical workflows and configurations that drive accurate billing and revenue realization.
