About Workato

Workato is the only integration and automation platform that is as simple as it is powerful — and because it’s built to power the largest enterprises, it is quite powerful.

Simultaneously, it’s a low-code/no-code platform. This empowers any user (dev/non-dev) to painlessly automate workflows across any apps and databases.

We’re proud to be named a leader by both Forrester and Gartner and trusted by 7,000+ of the world's top brands such as Box, Grab, Slack, and more. But what is most exciting is that this is only the beginning.

Why join us?

Ultimately, Workato believes in fostering a flexible, trust-oriented culture that empowers everyone to take full ownership of their roles. We are driven by innovation and looking for team players who want to actively build our company.

But, we also believe in balancing productivity with self-care. That’s why we offer all of our employees a vibrant and dynamic work environment along with a multitude of benefits they can enjoy inside and outside of their work lives.

Responsibilities

Big things are happening in Talent Acquisition (TA) at Workato. As our teams continue to identify opportunities to expand Workato’s business and attract highly skilled talent, TA has a pivotal role in maintaining this growth. We’re thrilled for a Program Operations Intern to join the Talent Acquisition team to support the company’s greatest initiatives from the ground up.

The Program Operations Intern’s contributions are key to holding Workato’s Talent Acquisition systems and processes to the highest standard. Their contributions will help shape the way we talk about hiring at Workato and help us inform stakeholders with information needed to support Workato’s rapid growth. This person understands how data inputs come together to generate a comprehensive output, they are curious and ask questions when the data doesn’t make sense, and they are solution-oriented, bringing ideas to the table to strengthen Talent Acquisitions operating efficiency.

This role reports directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Program Manager.

  • Maintaining Greenhouse, Workato’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to ensure data accuracy among processes updates, supporting our greater efforts to integrate and automate workflows.

  • Auditing Greenhouse data to ensure job requisitions and candidate data reflects recruiting best practices and is up-to-date with hiring needs.

  • Support revision and updates to TA process documentation.

  • Identify processes within TA requiring standardization, documentation, and implementation.

  • Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to support monthly business reviews and identify areas of opportunity to improve success metrics with recommendations.

We want you on our team because you...

  • … think about how today’s work impacts future progress. You’re keen to understand how Talent Acquisition systems and information impacts the business departments we support.

  • … believe no project is too big or too small. You understand some of this work is repetitive in nature and you can remain motivated and inspire
