Apply now!  </p> <p><b>Learn more: <a href="https://www.jti.com/" target="_blank">jti.com</a></b></p> <p><b> </b></p> <p><b> </b></p> <p><span><strong>Global Supply Chain &amp; Customer Service Specialist (Leaf Inbound)</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>About the position</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>You will be responsible for managing operations within the scope of tobacco leaf logistics activities, coordinating the supply of raw materials to JTI markets and third-party customers in collaboration with internal and external partners such as service suppliers, factories, markets, global logistics, finance, and R&amp;D.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Efficiently manage customer service and supply chain processes specific to tobacco leaf logistics using SAP4Hana and Transportation Modules.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure timely delivery of tobacco leaf products to dedicated markets and customers, adhering to JTI policies and procedures.</span></li> <li><span>Act as a central liaison between factories, suppliers, customers, markets, and logistics partners.</span></li> <li><span>Process purchase orders within SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</span></li> <li><span>Manage shipments and ensure continuous supply of tobacco leaf products.</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate with forwarders/carriers to establish transport documentation, both SAP and non-SAP.</span></li> <li><span>Support internal and external auditors with logistics-related inquiries.</span></li> <li><span>Review and provide feedback on logistics-related reports for compliance with internal controls.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with Finance on Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and end-of-period closing activities.</span></li> <li><span>Review and approve release of blocked invoice documents from third-party/intercompany suppliers.</span></li> <li><span>Actively support Team with internal tools creation using lean methodology.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>High School Diploma and/or Commercial Diploma</span></li> <li><span>2+ years of experience (Specialist) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service, preferably in a multinational company or the tobacco industry</span></li> <li><span>Fluent in English (written &amp; spoken); any other language is an asset</span></li> <li><span>Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems, as well as proficiency in MS Office</span></li> <li><span>Lean Six Sigma certification (any) or knowledge on Lean philosophy will be treated as strong asset</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>What we offer</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p><span>Competitive pay and attractive annual bonus</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>On-going development opportunities in multinational environment, wide variety of projects, ambitious goals and independence in achieving them.
