Internship, Branding & Communication within Logistics - Viby

Do you dare to bring your branding skills and communication flair at play in an supply chain context? In our Danish logistics organization the well being of our colleagues is our first priority. The ambition and strategy is clear, but we need support to ensure a strong implementation. In order to be successful, an outside-in perspective on how to reach and positively impact 1500 colleagues cross our Danish organization through branding and focus communication is needed.

How you will make an impact

You will join our Logistics Team in Arla Danmark at the Head office to collaborate closely with the leadership team of logistics Denmark and also visit our locations to better understand the target audience. From here, you collaborate across the organisation to develop your hypotheses, recommendations and actual interventions. This gives you a possibility to see the effect of your ideas from ideation to being at play.

• Understand our focus on well being and more specifically our safety strategy
• Outline potential improvement areas on our communication and branding of our safety strategy implementation
• Utilise existing frameworks to drive impact on our safety journey (e.g. Good Values , See it, Say it, Solve it & Share it)
• Identify interventions (small or large) through branding, nudging and/or communication that positively impact our safety journey
• Project Management of important part of a larger strategy

 

 

What will make you successful

Are you a proactive and self-driven student who would like to gain valuable and professional experience in a adjacent field to your current studies to broaden your perspective. Then you might be just who we are looking for! We welcome any student who is eager to learn, is ambitious and enjoys challenges. You have a curious mindset interested in change management, behavioral design and/or marketing . Also, you find it motivating to improve the status quo and dare to speak up.

Furthermore you:

• Are currently studying a Master’s in marketing, communication or similar.
• Have strong communication skills
• Are able to work independently
