The objective for the Brand social media manager role is to build social brand engagement around the wider brand narrative and increase the NIQ brand authority. This is a central role as the role of social brand engagement and influencers on brand equity and purchase intention is well documented as core to brand Growth.
This position plays a significant role in planning and executing enhancing brand building moving forward & driving social media impact in partnership with the COE team, the wider marketing team and the business globally. The role will support the brand team and collaborate cross-functionally with the Global Brand, Regional & Vertical Marketing, Digital, Demand Activation/Generation, Public Relations, Customer Success and Product Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the social media brand building strategy as part of the global corporate brand strategy
- Responsible for brand coherence, brand voice and reaffirms the brand promise of Full View™ across all social media channels from Wiki, X, LinkedIn to Glassdoor.
- Defines tone of voice partnering with the Social Media team for each core audience / industry
- Designs and leads brand & thought leadership social campaigns in support of brand & TL anchor campaigns.
- Works with the wider COE team to drive social media brand alignment on broader Though leadership, PR and other key disciplines.
- Identifies relevant business influencers, social media partnerships opportunities and develops plan of action for the NIQ brand
- Support Employer Branding social media effort on core initiatives e.g. talent acquisition and DE&I corporate brand positioning
- Monitor social media brand performance against key brand KPIs, identifies trends and drives optimization.
- Responsible for the global social media brand building budget to support branding effort

A storyteller, fully understanding the corporate brand story you have a talent for simplifying complex stories and concepts through an economy of words, relevant examples, as well as resonant ideas and imagery.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to share and promote ideas across global teams.
Understand performance analytics, including how to iterate and optimize social media based on feedback and data.
Passionate about all aspects of brand communication including employer branding both focused on talent and NIQ associates.
Tech-savvy ability to learn and incorporate digital tools into daily use.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years’ experience of relevant Marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment; Preference to experiences in Retail CPG business; software data subscription business
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, liberal arts, or business; Master’s degree a plus.
- Examples that show off your marketing, communication, social media, and project management skills.
- A strong understanding of B2B social media and campaign dynamics, including email and social marketing best practices.
- Proven success in driving results and brand oriented social media strategies to serve uniquely targeted audiences.
- Experience with web, social analytic tools, or an ability to incorporate new tools into regular use
- Required skills: Digital Marketing Campaign Planning, Execution; Integrated Marketing; Content Development/ Writing, Web publishing, Project management, Marketing Automation Tools (MS Dynamics)
- Preferred skills: Brand management, product marketing, experience with consumer goods/FMCG (retail/manufacturing)
- Required software skills: MS Office Suite, MS Dynamics, WordPress, Trello, Google analytics
- Preferred software skills: CRM/software tools, HTML, Campaign Management (Marketo), Sprinklr, Data Management Platform
