Group Creative Director, Performance Creative (B2B)

Job Description:

This role can be located in NYC, Chicago or Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities:

• You'll oversee that creative choices, relate to messaging strategies, elevate the quality of the work, and meet client objectives while achieving the our financial objectives.
• You'll mentor direct reports and create a supportive culture.
• You'll be a go-to client-facing voice, nurture client relationships, present and sell creative concepts, and be a liaison between client and creative teams.
• You'll seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote new ideas.
• You'll demonstrate an understanding of unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.

Qualifications:

• 12 years+ experience ideating and executing performance creative concepts
• Strategic and creative skills (written, visual, and conceptual)
• Experience ideating for clients in the telcom or adjacent industries
• Experience running B2B workstreams
• Client service and presentation skills
• Experience utilizing a variety of technology platforms and media channels
• Experience managing multiple teams

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $163,000 - $263,350. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/o r other benefits also are available.
