Environmental Services Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for teamwork, safety, and creating a clean, welcoming environment for residents and staff? Greencroft Goshen is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping and laundry operations within our healthcare facilities.

In this role, you’ll supervise and support a dedicated team, ensuring our facilities meet high standards for cleanliness, safety, and infection control. You’ll also take part in daily cleaning alongside your team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure quality and consistency in all areas.

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Must work weekend rotation
• Must be flexible to work off shifts as needed

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support Environmental Services team members through coaching, training, and feedback.

• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations, including scheduling and task assignments.

• Ensure infection control and safety standards are consistently met.

• Partner with other departments and committees to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

• Manage budgets, supplies, and equipment to support daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience (housekeeping, laundry, or healthcare setting preferred).

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of infection control and workplace safety practices (or willingness to learn).

• Floor care experience preferred.
