Position Overview:
As the Regional Human Resource Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our team, reporting to the Southeast Regional HR Leader. Your role involves partnering with regional leadership, the FAST (FIELD, ADVIOSRY, SUPPORT TEAM) HR team, and other organizational leaders to champion human resource practices. Responsible for managing the regional HR team, you will drive HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with company-wide practices and objectives.

People Leadership:

  • Recruit, develop, and coach HR professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Deliver personalized coaching to leaders, concentrating on elevating engagement levels, optimizing team effectiveness, and fortifying the creation of a compelling employee value proposition.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the regional HR team, emphasizing best practices and continuous growth.
  • Lead the assessment and resolution of Employee Relations issues, collaborating with the FAST team on escalated matters.
  • Define and prioritize regional objectives, concentrating on developing and outlining goals and priorities, particularly in the realms of recruiting and comprehensive workforce planning.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Develop goals for direct reports aligned with regional and overall HR objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of people practices, drive continuous improvement, and identify opportunities through meaningful metrics and data analysis.

Project Leadership:

  • Design and implement tailored talent development strategies for leaders, and facilitate the enablement of succession planning initiatives.
  • Lead key cross-regional HR projects, influencing outcomes and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in companywide HR initiatives, implementing and managing HR practices and policies within the region.

Knowledge Sharing and Training:

  • Share best practices and HR knowledge, contributing to an inclusive and collaborative culture.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for escalations and problem resolution while promoting ongoing training and development activities.

Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Five or more years of professional HR experience, with HR certifications preferred.
  • Two or more years of management experience preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of HR, employee relations, and leadership coaching.
  • Proven ability to guide teams, set goals, and foster collaborative environments.
  • Effective interpersonal and organizational skills with demonstrated business acumen.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong generalist and employee relations background.
  • Familiarity with HR software like Paycom, Paylocity, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Environment/Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily office-based with occasional field visits.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to visit field locations and other offices.
  • Standard office-related activities.
