Senior Technical Project Manager

Koddi is looking for a Sr. Technical Project Manager to join its growing operations team. As Sr. Technical Project Manager you will be the glue that helps keep projects — and people — together. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing and executing projects from beginning to end. The project scope, complexity and timeline will vary, but project managers at Koddi make sure everything gets done right within the time and budget planned.

What You'll Do

• Manage software projects from initiation to close
• See the big picture, and leads the team towards accomplishing strategic objectives
• Guide and coach the project team using the appropriate agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc)
• Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project(s) you are working on
• Work across the organization to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and all stakeholders know the current status
• Keep your team(s) motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions
• Create and maintain timeline(s) and budget(s) (as needed)
• Analyze data and make decisions that affect your project(s) on a regular basis
• Work directly with our strategic clients on integrations and standing up our products (put together a plan, run weekly status meetings, hunt down critical issues, step in and document as needed)
• Strong ability to manage team capacity and conduct frequent resource planning discussions
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis of metrics such as work velocity
• Work across the Product Management, Client Services, and engineering teams to resolve issues — be the glue and get things done
• Effectively communicate team metrics, project progress, and status updates to stakeholders and business leadership 
• Solutions oriented 
• Work closely with the Product team to help us bring new products and solutions to market

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of progressive work experience preferably in the area of project management, technical business analysis or customer service
• Knowledge of the agile ceremonies, workflows and terminology
• Strong ability to multi-task; communication and organization skills
• Ability to function well in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
• Experience writing clear and effective user stories and requirements
• Expert in creating and measuring team metrics 
• Experience with issue tracking systems, specifically JIRA and the JIRA Agile module
• Business Analyst background 
• Certification as an ACP, SAFe, or CSM certifications are a plus
