Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Director of Product Management for Platform Core & Ecosystem who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of product managers in support of our core platform capabilities. This role is crucial in driving the success of our customers by focusing on key areas - Platform Core foundation, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Admin Experiences, and Store.

As the Sr. Director of Product Management, you will lead a cross-functional team comprising Design, Engineering, and other Product Management leaders to deliver on the strategic roadmap. You will be responsible for driving innovation and developing a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to identify new product opportunities. Your role will include managing and prioritizing product backlogs based on customer needs, market opportunities, and technical feasibility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise software products, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful product strategies and roadmaps.

This role spans several of our following foundational products that enable the success of our customers:

  • Platform Core foundation: You will oversee the development and enhancement of our core platform capabilities. This will include ensuring the platform's stability, scalability, and security, enabling the success of our customers.
  • Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): In this role, you will drive the development of our ALM capabilities, enabling our customers to manage their applications' lifecycle more efficiently. You will work with the team to define and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and priorities.
  • Store: You will lead the development and enhancement of our Store capabilities, enabling our customers to discover and download applications and integrations from our ecosystem of partners. You will work with the team to develop effective go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning to drive product adoption and usage.

  • Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to gather feedback and insights that inform product decisions.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on customer needs, market opportunities, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive product adoption and usage by working with Outbound Product Management to develop effective go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure the success of product initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach the product management team to ensure their continued growth and success.
